Shipping Information

Our handbags are made in Rwanda. Shipping is very easy from here. We ship through the postal service which allows us a tracking number that we will send to you upon shipment. We recommend this service, but it does take up to three weeks to arrive in either Europe or the United States. We mark our packages as Made-in-Rwanda, which should mean you do not have to pay additional customs fees but this can not be guaranteed. If you would like to receive your package faster, we can arrange DHL and FedEX with your account number.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on producing quality handbags, but of course, sometimes things happen. If this is the case, we can have the items shipped back to us in the United States if that is easiest or they can be returned to us in Kigali. Please send us a note and we can work to assist you.
